Quiet operation
   Each row of balls runs through the guide section in the end plate made of synthetic resin. The end plate guides the balls smoothly. The resulting linear motion is smooth, quiet and consistent. In fact, LM Guide type HRW27 produces a low noise level of 50 dB when operated at 50 m/minute.

Compact and high load carrying capability
   Because of a large number of balls that effectively carry loads, the LM Guide type HRW is rigid in all directions. The LM rail is so wide that a single LM rail can withstand moments. Due to the high geometrical moment of inertia of the rail cross-section, the LM Guide produces high transverse rigidity. It does not require any reinforcement such as side supports.
