Short assembly time
Unlike the circular motion systems that use slide ways or cam followers, the R Guide operates highly accurately without any clearance. The simple, easy assembly and mounting only requires the LM rails and LM blocks to be bolted to the mating structures.
Simple Construction
The basic construction is the same as that of LM Guides. The compact, low profile can support loads in all directions.
High performance V / S cost circular motion device
The R Guide has a high performance vs. cost ratio as its diameter becomes large. Unlike rotary bearing systems, a circular motion system greater than 5 m in diameter can easily be obtained. THK’s R Guides make large circular motion devices easy to assemble, dismantle and re-assemble.
