Tapped screw holes in LM rails
Two types of rails are available. One has boltholes in the rail so that the table and base can be mounted with bolts from above the rail. The other has the tapped screw holes in the rail so that the table or base can be mounted with bolts from below the table of base.
High rigidity
Given the well-balanced four-row ball arrangement, the Cross LM Guide type CSR is highly resistant to moments. When preloaded for higher rigidity, it is still capable of smooth linear motion. The cross LM Guide type CSR actually has a solid block and is 50% more rigid than two LM Guides type HSR that are connected back-to-back with bolts. Type CSR is ideal to create a highly rigid XY table.
